A logo says who your are, what you do, what you are all about, it is your companies trade mark, your brand. You can’t trust this to anyone as a logo is hard to change once you have one. It can mean $1000 of dollars of changed marketing materials not to mention signage and vehicles. So you want to get it right the first time. It is not something you can trust to the junior designer, you need an experienced person who will understand your marketing goals.
